I’ve been going there for over two years since the beginning of when they opened -they have people that are incompetent that don’t know customer service.. . don’t know how to talk to people and have no idea how to correct things when something is wrong.. The same problem over and over again starts to become frustrating when you’re standing there giving people your credentials and they still don’t get it right after two years . I stood there and read my routing and account number four times and they still don’t have it in the system, right I’m so over it. ! The girl Manager should go get another career .. she’s horrible . very disappointing .

I'm sorry but I know im not the only one that wants 24/7 back, nurses and people that work until after 10pm should be able to work our as well whether it be after work or before they go. Please give us back 24/7, beside black card members pay for the electric bill at night time when they leave all the lights on.
