  Great experience at this clinic. The doctor was very kind, patient, and took time to listen to my concerns. The staff was also friendly and helpful especially Stephanie. I would definitely recommend Carbon Health.

  I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctor was very attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The medical assistants, Stephanie and Andrea were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic itself was also very clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

  Very poor experience. The clinician seemed too proud to listen to my wife and diagnose her properly. She instead stuck with a cookie cutter treatment plan, ignoring key details, leaving my wife seeking care elsewhere with a bunch of time wasted. If I could keep my insurance from paying for the visit today I would. Not going back here.

  Hello! My son was sick and we just moved to the area a few months ago. With the body aches, I didn’t want to drive 30mins to our usual urgent care facility. I looked online found Carbon Health with open appointments! I was so happy! The website was extremely easy to use and I was able to schedule a virtual appointment for 10am (it was 9:47am) SAME DAY! I made the appointment, received confirmation and within 10 minutes a lovely woman (whose name escapes me, 😢) called and confirmed my appointment!!! She took my insurance information over the phone in like warp speed including copay!! I wasn’t even off the phone with her and Dr. Zia was calling me via the virtual link!!!! It was such a relief! I felt seen, heard and he even added the school note!! I normally have to ask for it, LOL! I recommend this healthcare provider 10/10!!! Thank you Carbon Health & Dr. Zia ☺️

  Friendly, efficient and professional. I took my son there for allergy treatment without any expectation. It turned out very pleasant! The doctor quickly diagnosed the symptoms, give him a shot, and observed him for 45 minutes then we were on our way out and my son felt a lot better: the symptoms were almost gone and no more pain and discomfort. Wonderful job!
