Customers ask for help with purchasing an item and said they didn't mind waiting for someone who is available to help and Denise still denied helping or finding someone who can. Basically told me no. I never experienced that, very surprised because I didn't mind waiting and she still just said no we are not going to help. I asked to speak to the manger Denise said no again. Didn't give alternate solution or anything just no. Denise definitely should not be in customer service department if she has no interest in assisting customers. I should have just gone to Shoprite like I normally do.
