- BTBob TealeDec 30, 20255.0We initiated services with HomeInstead in August. We weren’t sure we’d find a proper fit for my 97 yo German mother who is set in her ways. Josie Fedak, Office Mgr, was instrumental in guiding me in the right direction in finding a proper fit. She did even better than that…she struck gold!! We were introduced to Faustina from HI via a Zoom call. Tina, as we call her, has been nothing but “stellar” in providing the care and compassion we’d hope for from this organization. My mom loves this lady because Tina has applied herself to become not only an “aide” but a friend to my mom. Mom is losing her mind a bit and really doesn’t recognize many people anymore but Tina has her so programmed that mom now hugs her at night before going to bed and says, “Love you!” This can be made up. It’s reality. Hats off to Tina for making my moms home, her home too and treating mom with the respect, patience and compassion we’d hope were hoping for when we signed the contract. She is always a significant help and has many skills she brings to the job. She does things without asking and is very good at everything she does. She is an outstanding home health care provider. SAM has been seeing me for almost three months. He is always on time and cheerful. I enjoy his stay. He has been very helpful in my recovery. I give him 5 stars for the work he has done, and continues to do. Before Sam started to work with me full time, DAVID use to work 3 days a week with me. He was excellent and did the cooking and shopping for me. Currently ALICE is filling in while Sam is on vacation. She has been great at taking care of me and cooks for me. Edward Pasternak
