  Today I had a very disappointing experience at Alpha Fit Club. I had a 6:00 pm class and arrived at 6:10 pm due to traffic and the constant difficulty of finding parking in that area — especially during this season when snow accumulates in the parking spots. I truly did everything possible to get there on time. When I arrived, I was not allowed to enter because the class had already started. I understand that policies exist, but what really surprised me was being charged a no-show penalty fee, even though I was physically there and clearly attempting to attend. As a client, you make a significant effort to organize your day, leave early, and deal with traffic and parking challenges. I would expect at least some flexibility or empathy in situations that are not always within our control. If you decide to train here, keep in mind that you need to leave with a very large time buffer, because if you arrive even a few minutes late, you won’t be allowed to enter and you will still be charged the penalty fee. Additionally, I saw someone enter just one minute before I did while I was still trying to park.

  I've struggled to stay on track when only "training for life", but I've found it: (1) easy to stick to, (2) never too repetitive, (3) effective, and (4) fun/enjoyable

  1st timer at AFC, really enjoyed class with Tom, I appreciated him showing me so many moves an also reminding me it's ok to go slow and not over do it, as I comeback to movement after a long break. He's a great instructor. I also felt welcomed by the community which can be the most intimidating part.

  If you’re looking for a change up in your workout or just a place to challenge yourself you found the right gym. The workouts are able to be done by all levels whether you are a beginner or a pro. Coaches are awesome! Alpha is more than just a gym. It’s a community of members that feed off each other’s energy to better themselves. From the minute you step on the turf to the minute you step off it’s non stop movement.
