I have been here a couple of times. I have found that it is easy to book an appointment and the wait time is not long. The front desk and PA are friendly. However, when my daughter was concerned about pain she was experiencing in her elbow after a fall down the stairs, the doctor simply ordered an xray. He did not examine the elbow at all. I'm not certain the Xray it was medically necessary. More recently, I visited for flu-like symptoms. The doctor ordered COVID, Strep and an Respiratory Virus panel (flu, RSV). I was not informed that the Respiratory Virus Panel is often not covered by insurance and the facility charged $1200 for it. They also charged $600 for a 5 minute consultation. I now have to pay more than $600 out of pocket for the visit and tests. Finally, I was positive for Strep and COVID and the doctor asked if I wanted the COVID anti-viral, since I am over 55. I agreed but when I went to pick it up from the pharmacy, they charged me $1500 for 5 pills. Doctors should inform patients about these possible charges. I'm not sure I will go back, even though it is convenient and I like the staff. I don't think the doctor is very good at all.

Although this urgent care says it’s a children’s urgent care. It is not. Other than one of the nurses who came in when my daughter was having a hard time and was gentle and understanding and helped her get through the visit. No one else including the doctor, who not once really acknowledged her, was mindful of the fact that this visit was for an 8 year old.

This is by far the best urgent care I have ever been too. We waited maybe 10 minutes, if that, and then the nurse was amazing and the Dr was fantastic! This is the only UC I'll ever go to .
