  Really great spot for a short and effective workout! It was fun wearing the suit. The workout is really quick but really tough! In and out and I’ll be a little sore the next couple days. They customize the workout based on your fitness level and goals. Perfect for the busy person who knows they need to strength train but doesn’t have the time. Check it out!

  Love!!!! Impeccable staff! From start to finish I was guided through the whole process since it was my first workout. My body scan results were reviewed with me so I had a baseline to get to my goals 💪🏼 Zack was extremely attentive the whole workout. I left invigorated! I can’t wait for my next workout!

  What an amazing place. First off the place is super clean and neat. My wife and I was greeted by such a warm welcome. The entire time we had Amanda as our personal tour guide and then Immediately we met our trainers Kwadjo and Miranda. We got suited up and began was felt like an hour workout, but was only 12 mins. The trainers were very engaging and personable. Once our trial was over, we learned of the pricing breakdowns and what the next steps going forward would be with Amanda. Truly a great facility and ahead of its time.
