  Absolutely awful. First I waited TWO HOURS after my appointment time to be seen. They ordered several tests which would have been thousands of dollars which I turned down. They had me wear a heart monitor which they ASSURED ME SEVERAL TIMES would be at no cost, but I just received a bill for $3000. I try to call their billing department, but they immediately transfer me when I call even though I beg them not to. This has happened a dozen times. As unprofessional as it gets. Stay far away.

  Dr. Kayser is the absolute best. Professional and kind. Took fantastic care of my grandpa. Will absolutely recommend to everyone. The girls are so helpful and sweet.

  I have been a patient there for 15 years. I wouldn't even consider going to another doctor other than Dr Kayser. He has performed many procedures on me and I've always had great results. The front desk staff are wonderful. They are pleasant, polite, and professional at all times. Keep up the good work see you at the next visit

  Had a very disrespectful experience with Dr. Kayser. In addition, I waited One hour and 45 minutes for a brief 12-minute appointment. A simple, "Sorry, to keep you waiting”, from Dr. Kayser would have been appreciated. Nothing. Not a word. He showed total disregard for my time and disrespectful behavior by not acknowledging his tardiness. I have three different doctors (Primary Care, Gynecologist and Gastroenterologist) whom I've been completely loyal to for over 25 years. They've never once treated me like this. I will never come back to this practice.

  Want to have a good time? Come sit in the waiting room and listen to the girls behind the plexiglass talk badly about their coworkers that aren't there. Incredibly unprofessional staff. It doesn't bode well for the professionalism of the physicians when they allow their staff to behave like that in front of patients.
