  Terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with eye rolls and cold attitudes. The front desk team seemed more interested in their phones than helping members, and simple questions were treated like a huge inconvenience. Instructors often showed up late, seemed unprepared, and spent more time chatting with their favorites than actually leading the class. There was zero sense of professionalism or customer care. For a boutique studio charging premium prices, I expected a welcoming, well-run environment—not one where staff act like they're doing you a favor just by showing up. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Thank you BODY20! I have been getting my workouts in here for almost a year from the very beginning. Kwadjo is the absolute best trainer And so much fun. Amanda always so warm and welcoming. I look forward to every new workout every week!

  Bill and Amanda were so welcoming. It was a really neat workout and they were very attentive. I will definitely be back.
