- KFkathleen foster6 days ago5.0I’d heard Pilates is addictive and it’s true! I’m exercising more than ever thanks to Club Pilates. The instructors make group classes feel private. They pay attention to your reformer settings, making sure they are ideal for you. They notice when resistance needs to grow as you strengthen, especially Rafael, who is an absolute angel.

He is the perfect amount of energy and humor needed to be motivated to go to class and push through. Each time I leave feeling challenged, stronger, and full of energy- ready to take on the day! He also ran my birthday party at the studio and my friends couldn’t stop raving about him. He ensures everyone is comfortable and makes modifications as needed which was perfect especially for those who haven’t taken a class before. I couldn’t recommend his classes more! I specifically love the Friday Center and Balance classes. It’s a perfect way to stretch and close out the busy week.

His energy is incredible, especially that early, and the workouts are consistently challenging. He always takes the time to correct form and make adjustments, which makes a huge difference. Rafael keeps the class fun and light with just the right amount of humor. Exactly what you want in an instructor!
