- FPForam Patel4 days ago5.0This place was really great. The receptionist guy at the desk was very friendly. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing! She was very sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable with everything. She takes the time to explain everything in detail if there’s something you don’t understand. She takes the time to examine you thoroughly. On the other hand, one of the ladies that works the eyeglass area was a little rude when I was trying to do the eyeglass process. Seemed like she was in a hurry to get done.

I am going to wait and see how the glass comes out, probably will not get more glasses from there.

We didn’t even purchase the glasses here, which really speaks to their honesty, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe the person who helped us was Jennifer. Truly grateful. Kudos!

My husband and I were late for our appointment. She still allowed us to be seen I guess to set us up for her nasty attitude. She wasn't plead at all.
