  I’ve really enjoyed Pilates overall, but my last class was disappointing. I arrived three minutes late, which I understand isn’t ideal, but instead of speaking to me directly, the instructor announced to the entire class that anyone over a minute late needed to leave. It felt embarrassing and unwelcoming. I was extremely confused and not really sure what to do. When I tried to find a reformer, the instructor was curt and offered no guidance, and didn’t acknowledge me until about 30 minutes into the class. For an expensive membership, I expected a more respectful and professional approach. A simple direct conversation would have been enough. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. That aside if you’re looking for a good workout I enjoyed Pilates, just make sure you’re on time.

  I’ve been enjoying the Pilates classes here and have noticed tremendous improvement in my body and core strength. The classes are well-structured, and the instructors are fantastic. I've taken many sessions with Rodrigo, and he’s been absolutely amazing—encouraging, knowledgeable, and attentive to proper form. Each class feels productive and enjoyable, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. Highly recommend!
