  My prescription is never ready. My doctor called in a prescription at 8 am, and I called at 3 pm and nothing was done with it. I was sick a lot this year and the only way my prescription would be filled was if I called in to check on it. Otherwise, it just sits there and no one works on it for days. The staff is very nice... but it is frustrating to get a prescription filled here, especially when you are sick and waiting hours to take the medication.

  These people are so nice and professional. Never weird problems like at the other places I used to use. If you call with a question the technicians and the pharmacists never act like you're bothering them. It's a pleasure dealing with them. Jim is so helpful. He went above and beyond getting me a medicine covered that wasn't originally covered by my 2nd insurance totally by ordering another brand name. They really look out for their customers at this place. UPDATE: One of the pharmacy employees named Maura is the most helpful person in the world. Not only is she extremely intelligent and knows how to do everything but when I had a weird problem with a prescription she helped me and turned everything around so it was no longer a problem. She is so sweet all the time no matter how busy it is.
