The second dentist, I don't even know her name, she never introduced herself. The assistants are not friendly. I asked one if anyone was in the bathroom and she just ignored me. Another assistant that was chair side during my procedure just sat there while I coughed and choked on water. Had to take the saliva ejector and use it on myself. Horrible. Please don't come here, if you can avoid it, please do so. I'm changing my insurance and going elsewhere

I explained that I was there for a regular cleaning. After reviewing the X-rays, I was told I needed a deep cleaning that would take two sessions and cost $150 per side. When I declined and said I just wanted a standard cleaning, I was told to speak with the front desk about pricing and insurance coverage. Throughout the visit, no one introduced themselves or explained their roles, and in the end, no cleaning or actual treatment was performed. I essentially drove 30 minutes to sit in a chair and walk out with nothing done. The entire experience felt impersonal and focused on upselling rather than patient care. For context, my wife also had three fillings done here previously and has been dealing with ongoing pain for over a week. When she went back for a follow-up, she was told to “wait another week,” despite her saying she couldn’t eat and needed pain medication just to get through meals. The front desk staff were kind and professional, but unfortunately that’s the only positive part of our experience. Based on what we went through, I would not recommend this office to others.
