  This was one of the best experiences for my child. What an amazing dentist and polite staff they have there. Not only was this dentist gentle with my son, but he made my child laugh, was singing songs to him and even taught my son how to brush his teeth in the most creative, fun, and exciting way.Never have I been to a pediatric dental office that had my child wanting to stay rather than screaming to leave. The dentist and dental assistant are talented with children and know what they are doing.

  They dont even deserve 1 star. My son is 3 years old. His last appointment i left with my son crying in pain and i carried him out in a ball crying and sweating. For 25 mins my son was tortured and was given nothing for pain or an antibiotic. My 3 year old son is now traumatized and never wants to go back there again. My son is still in pain. Very unprofessional and did not care at all that my son was in pain. After it was done the dr and the dental assistant just left the room. While my son stood there bleeding and crying. The dr handed me a napkin that the dr just dried his hands with.The dr said oh he is just mad. Then the dr had the nerve to hand my son a bouncy ball while my son was standing there with blood coming out of his mouth. This was the worst experience ive ever had with a dentist and now.

  I am so shocked by the bad reviews bc I have been bringing my [4-year-old] son here for the past couple years & we always have a great experience. We don't have good insurance & it's extremely difficult to find a decent provider in our network. I anticipated the worst (as I always do with new doctors), but I was rly impressed when I brought my son here for his first ever dental visit. Dr. Brett is awesome. He has a funny, playful personality & my son just eats it up. He takes the time to show my little guy each tool that he is using (and even let him try some of them out) before he put them in his mouth. He is soft-spoken & he sings little silly songs as is working. He literally has my son giggling from start to finish. The dental assistant is also wonderful! I forget her name, but she's super sweet & personable - all smiles. My son liked her so much that when we were checking out at the front desk today, I had to stop him bc he wanted "go find that lady again" to hang out and talk with her before we left!🤣

  Doctor Brett is wonderful. The office manager Elena is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful. I have a feeling he will be losing alot of his patients unfortunately because of her. Also, my children were not able to have their scheduled surgeries rescheduled because of her. She blamed me for not calling to cancel which I left a vm. she said that she didn't get anything as vm is hooked up to her cell phone. I also left the info with the call center and asked if they would call me back to reschedule. She claimed she never got that. We already paid balance of what insurance wouldn't cover for our son's work. Finally when I got in touch she answered and said I have to see what the dr wants to do about this case because you never called back to cancel which I told her at that time I did leave a voice-mail. She proceeded to tell me she needs to talk to Dr and thry were booked out until end of March but would get back to me before closing at 6pm. Never called, so today I call and call center says they are on lunch until 130pm. I call after that and once again call center option. I then Google the dr and saw he had another location in Lakewood and I called there. I explained to the girl there who picked up exactly what was going on. She was very nice and pulled my kids info up and then asked if I could hold so I did. she got back on the phone and said Elena said she would call me back Monday so I asked if there was anyway I could get a call from Dr when he's done with his patients and the girl said unfortunately no and Elena said they put the money back into the card that was billed. Baffled I said so does this mean my kids cannot be seen, they were sick and ped and cardiologist would sign paperwork they needed to get the surgery done. And she apologized and I knew she really felt sorry but had to reply yes ma'am that is correct. I said thank you so much and immediately called my credit card Co. spoke to rep who couldn't find it so she transferred me to dispute dept and lady there said same thing so I wasn't refunded by them as Elena told the other receptionist. Needless to say the cc is refunding me the money and will dispute with them.

  I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Dr. Brett and his staff!!!! Everyone was so helpful and nice. My oldest gets very nervous and Dr. Brett explained step by step what they were going to do for her. Took my wild and crazy 2 year old and Dr. Brett was so calm and soft spoken, she was calm and did amazing!!! So so so happy they were recommended to us!! Also felt very very safe with covid. Office is clean, hand sanitizers for everyone when you walk in. Highly recommend!!!
