My daughter loves going to the dentist here! The office is clean, warm, and inviting. And the staff is happy, encouraging, and upbeat, making my toddler feel so comfortable here. She leaves smiling every time with a sticker and a prize.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the appointment hours are not great. I need to take off work each time we visit with the kids, as there are no after school hours at this location. Google says they are open until 5 but even booking 6 months in advance I am told by the office that they don't book appointments that late.
Regardless, we keep going back because the experience is great for my kids. Still highly recommend this office!

Great office and doctors! We have been going here since my daughter was very young. The staff is friendly and always flexible for last minute changes.

Everyone has been extremely patient, gentle, and kind toward my 10 year old autistic son. His teeth look great, and his dental health has improved greatly!

My daughter who is 3 was terrified of going to the dentist. We moved to the area this fall and her last experience left her less than thrilled about going back. Karen and Dr. Matt made her experience calm and enjoyable. She left saying she likes the dentist. My son also had a great experience and Michelle was so gentle with him. Dr. Matt answered all my questions and concerns and took time with us. I am so happy we found Pediatric dental associates of Randolph! Could not ask for a better experience!

Never in my life have I ever felt the need to write a review but I guess there’s a first time for everything.
My son had a appointment at 9:15 horizon patient like the many one star review about how NJHealth patients are treated and the front desk - I too dealt with this.
For context, there was a historic blizzard since 30 years, I live an hour and 30 minutes away. 39 miles to be exact. It also snowed in which verbatim from NJ.Com says
"The timing may lead to slick conditions during the morning commute."
“Black ice from melting snow and overnight refreezing is a concern during the morning commute statewide.”
I call to reschedule I’m put on hold for 15 minutes? They call my sons father he tells them we’re still coming they come back on the phone with me and said “ your husband says you’re still coming”
I said are you sure you spoke to the right person because we agreed we would reschedule. The lady says I’ll call you back we’re short staffed.
I get a call from my sons father and he says they’re threatening a $55 cancelation fee that they would kick us from the office for not canceling appointment. I call office back.
Lady starts lecturing me, I hope the call was recorded because it was just a lady with a heavy Spanish accent going on and on about their policies and how this is unacceptable and she needs to tell me how their office works.
I kid you not . She would not stop.
I said you are aware there was a historic 30 year blizzard and then it snowed.
She goes yes we’re two days behind on rescheduling due to the blizzard.
Okay can I pay the $55 cancelation and reschedule.
She says no we can’t legally charge NJ health patients .I say Very well then.
I called this morning to reschedule but the call hung up. She says well you’re supposed to call 24 hour prior not the day of.
I said yes but there was a blizzard with additional snowfall that was not anticipated
She says yes I will put you on a warning.
I said but there was a blizzard additional. Did this 4x.
Still did not register to her . Well it did but I guess she is stereotyping because I would not stop getting lectured. Let me guess as a receptionist that schedules appointments you think you’re above NJhealth patients.
The tone and delivery was disgusting and uncalled for a unique situation.
If my sons appointment was at 9:15
The call took place where they said if we’re late we can still come so they wouldn’t charge us to then telling me
No you can’t come . You have to be rescheduled for May 12.
At that point I realize I’m speaking to someone with zero critical thinking skills and said great ( cue the lecturing again)
Update: they called to know the full story they said it was midcommunication. They were offended by me point out the Spanish lady heavy accent with antagonizing behavior where there are other reviews about this specific employee so they canceled the appointment.
I will contact lawyers due to the level of ignorance of not having a policy in place when it comes to inclement weather that was a statewide issue affecting not only
Me but their employees as well. If you approach a stop sign and time goes from 34 minutes to an hour and 15?Would you risk being off roaded by a tractor trailer on 287 over a policy? The sad part was they acknowledged their employees who were working moms waiting on the board of ed.
Yet I was antagonized, criticized, ostracized and stereotyped because after a statewide travel ban the entire state from board of ed, business, counties are trying to resume back to normal when it snowed for 4 hours additional to the aftermath of a historic blizzard as if I caused it and I’m a irresponsible mother.Love the motherhood tax placed on me. She can run rampant in the office like a tyrant over identity politics towards NJhealth patients but God forbid I point out her heavy accent to even out the playing field.
