  Although I checked in early for my appointment, I was taken 25 minutes after my appointment time. I am retired and did not have a problem with that on that particular day but I think Quest could do a better job scheduling appointments.

  The technician found my vein on the first try and said she could feel it. Very thankful!

  The phlebotomist were wonderful with my child and with me. Oxanna and Don were tremendously helpful at both visits. Their technique was nearly painless for both of us. However, neither Rx for bloodwork were received from the pediatrician or cardiologist (sent multiple times from each office to correct fax#). Highly frustrating and a waste of time. Unnecessary added stress. Always bring the physical copy of the Rx with you.

  The staff was extremely unprofessional, visibly disgruntled, and disrespectful. I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid this place. Book somewhere else and save yourself a trip.

  The center was clean and welcoming. Oxana, my phlebotomist, was friendly and professional. She was outstanding when performing my blood tests
