StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Ramsey offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- JSJodi SmithJun 17, 20235.0I found Stretch Lab in Ramsey by accident and decided to give it a try. I must say, I am convinced it was the best addition to my weekly workouts ever. Signed up after my intro session and have been coming once a week for about 6 weeks. I feel so much better and my workouts are def better. Jordan is my stretch therapist and he is fantastic. I highly recommend this for everyone and anyone looking to feel better.

I've been using them for almost 6 weeks in weekly 50 minute sessions with real progress and an improved willingness to stretch in between. The facility is great and the staff better, friendly, professional, attentive. And more then willing to test your limits if you're so inclined. I can't recommend more strongly.
