  Updates 7/29/25: I have been trying to resolve an issue with Club Pilates since May and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response. I have contacted both my local studio and corporate multiple times and have yet to receive any resolution or even a single response from corporate. What’s especially frustrating is how quickly they send failure to payment notices yet completely ignore messages from paying members who are trying to resolve legitimate concerns. I even provided the necessary medical documentation they requested and still have not been helped. I truly loved the classes and the instructors but the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable. I hope Club Pilates starts treating its members with more respect and urgency when issues arise. The lack of professionalism is beyond insane. - Club Pilates has been the most unprofessional and frustrating fitness experience I’ve ever had. I had unexpectedly abdominal surgery in early May and informed them well in advance in late April that I needed to freeze my account. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, they dragged their feet and didn’t freeze my account until mid-May, causing me to get charged late fees for their delay. Even worse — when I tried to cancel due to my medical condition and provided documentation from my doctor, they refused to honor it. Instead, they kept charging me and then blamed a third-party system for ongoing billing emails. It’s a total runaround with zero accountability. The staff seems friendly until you need real help — then they go radio silent or point fingers elsewhere. I would never recommend this studio to anyone. Take your money somewhere that actually values its members and respects their health.

  Usually the instructors are very welcoming and enthusiastic. Unfortunately the instructor Debbie was rude and insulted me. I have been doing Pilates for 10 years. That being said of course I make mistakes. There is no reason to snap at your clients.

  Great studio with a welcoming atmosphere! Large selection of classes, weather you're a beginner or would like challenge yourself. Experienced, & well trained instructors! Early, evening & weekend classes available.

  Love my Pilates classes at Club Pilates Ramsey. The instructors give great classes - the best in Bergen!

  I googled club Pilates this week to find out the address since I was coming from south jersey. I've been a member for two years and I saw the horrible review and felt the need to leave my own. I have had an amazing experience there between all my classes. At one point I had surgery and had to pause my classes and the manager was super helpful, making sure I was able to get started again. I have found the management very helpful no matter my question and the desk staff open to change and book classes for me. No matter my issue Club Pilates has been helpful and I am grateful for all the strength I have gained throughout my two years. This place has changed my life and it is an integral part of my weekly workout routine.
