I had a great experience at this glasses store! The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They guided us every step of the way, from choosing frames to finalizing everything, all with a smile on their faces. It made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service and amazing selection of frames!
I placed my order and received my glasses in THREE days! Not only was it quick, but the frames are high quality and the lenses at crystal clear!
Looking forward to buying sunglasses next!
Great experience. I have a complicated prescription that another large chain did poorly (requiring three return visits before they took the glasses back). At Warby Parker, the store was busy but 2 or 3 people helped me immediately, I found several great pairs of glasses, picked one and they showed up at my home 7 days later. So easy! And cheaper than the "discounted" pair at the other place. I will go no where else.
Great customer service. Took fabulous care of me. Picked a great pair of frames for me and adjusted my old frames to perfection so I can wear them comfortably until my new ones come! Thanks so much!!
Visited the new Market Fair store today and Deana was very welcoming, informative and helpful. My first time purchasing from Warby Parker. Overall, good experience, however, A little surprised to learn that the price in large font on the shelf tag was additive to the price in very small print underneath for some glasses. Also, not thrilled that they couldn’t confirm how much my insurance would cover – They can only tell you your insurance may cover “up to x dollars”. So you have to pay full price and wait for a third party to email you how much they will cover. Good news is If you don’t insurance or having an issue with glasses, for any reason, you can return them within 30 days. Again, an overall good experience and looking forward to getting my glasses
