  In the past two weeks, I've had to go to the Quest on Ewing Street in Princeton, NJ. Both times I could not have had better service. The people who work there are awesome. I know Gigi from frequently having to give blood but other nurses/techs that work there are super nice and very calming and always explain the tests I have to have. Considering how hard they work, and the grumpy people they probably often deal with, they are about as pleasant and kind as you could be. I highly recommend this Quest and wish I could give them all a raise and a month's paid vaca (at least)!

  I had an excellent experience with my phlebotomist, Gigi, and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding care I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine kindness. What truly stood out, though, was her willingness to go above and beyond. I was having some confusion with an insurance issue, and instead of brushing it off, Gigi took the time to help me sort it out. That level of patience and support made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such compassion and attention to detail. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this Quest location to anyone.

  One of the worst branches I have ever seen. one lab technician took blood for my daughter and she punched the needle and blood started coming out of skin. Very incompetent lab personnel. Hope the management take necessary action actions to avoid the danger

  Purchasing a lab test is easy, finding an appt is difficult. Please staff up quest corporate. At the appt...its 9am, click reads 1140. The water bubbles is out of order and there is no other water available.
