My muscles are sore after one 30min introduction class....I can only imagine how I will feel and look in the coming months once I join the club 😄. Clean, quaint and welcoming facility. Friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist. Instructor was fun, personal and knowledgeable as well!
