  This was my first time coming to this urgent care and my experience was horrible. I came in for ear pain and I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours even though their check in system said there was no one in front of me. Then I had to wait 45 minutes to be see by a provider, in which I was told that all of this was caused by strep throat even though my test was negative. I was seen for 5 minutes by the provider even though I mentioned difficulty breathing and swallowing because of pooling of saliva in my mouth. I work in healthcare and i understand triaging and the unpredictability of the field but this was extreme.

  I needed 2 blood tests, got them same day, however, while the nurse was drawing my blood, they left the turnaquet on for what felt like 3 minutes. The person drawing my blood remarked my arm was turning purple. And after the first two tubes he was trying to fill the 3rd one and said my blood was flowing really slow, and asked if I drank water that day. The turnaquet was still on my arm and popped off, after which my blood flowed more easily. I didn't think much if it at the time, but was he suppose to remove it after the needle went in?

  Came in for cold/flu like symptoms and a head injury/possible concussion. They made me choose which one to get checked out. I chose getting a concussion evaluation and all they checked were my ears and pupils for asymmetry. Provider didn’t give me their name when they walked in, didn’t do any of the standard concussion assessments, didn’t ask for concussion history. I’ve had four concussions previously, provider didn’t ask for that information. Less than 1 minute care after waiting for an hour.

  Horrible Care. They did nothing except taking blood pressure, temp and pulse like a normal visit. It was for accident injury and I was not even given pain killer. I was told to get Ibuprofen and do hot compress even when I told that 1000 mg of Tylenol is not effective. Why would I go to urgent care for Ibuprofen as it's OTC. Worse of all doctor was very ill mannered towards my special need child and when I was leaving as I wasn't being helped, she patted on the same shoulder I had terrible pain and said I am sorry.

  We had a really good experience at this urgent care. The waiting time was reasonable, and the nurse was super kind and welcoming. The doctor who saw my daughter was incredibly sweet and made her feel comfortable the whole time. We really appreciated the care we received and would definitely recommend this place to others.
