The pharmacy was out of my medication. Spoke to a male pharmacist who couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent health care professional. Zero help and acted like I was a bother instead of answering my questions. Will never use their service again. I can’t stress enough how bad this persons attitude was. He deserves to be fired. Life long resident and store customer. Horrible service.

Transferred here as an ex-Rite Aid customer. They are struggling to keep up with the influx of patients and multiple times have charged the incorrect insurance. I am now $200 out of pocket because of their mistakes and have been working for months to get it back. I wanted to use them because they are conveniently located, but they are not equipped to handle this amount of Rx volume and will be taking my business elsewhere until Acme Savon gets this team the help and training they need.
EDIT: Regarding their response to my review, I called corporate about the issue with this location and they told me they couldn't help and I had to work with the store pharmacy directly, so not sure why, now that I left this review, corporate would be able to address my problem.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful with saving me extra expenses on prescriptions. If they do not honor secondary discount cards try going to your drugs manufacturer website and see if there are discount programs!

Good luck affording your prescription. They don’t honor the discount cards because they have their own program which is a joke. Paid 4 times as much as I would have at Walmart. I’ll be ordering crab meat every week and hiding it throughout the store. It’s not stealing, right? Is it spoiling? Yes. Is it costing them money? Yes.

Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
