    Truly amazing experience!!! I had an emergency show up, and was able to get an appointment as a new patient the very next day. I was also seen super quickly and all the staff were exceptional. One of the best experiences I have ever had at the dentist!

    The staff and dental professionals really took the time to assuage my concerns and set expectations before my root canal surgery, and everything was handled with extreme care and precision. I feel so much relief now, and looking forward to the healing process. I would highly recommend Dental Arts Group in Pennsauken!!!

    Ashley the Dental Hygienist is great! Dr Sonal Patel is energetic and glowing, evaluated my X-rays and explained & recommended a course of correction. Consulted with a specialist & followed up with a referral to an orthodontist. I loved her energy!

    I was recently having some issues with a tooth so I searched for a new dentist/practice as the one I was going to retired. I am always very nervous going to the dentist and I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. The hygienist, Dean, was wonderful. Very gentle and explained everything he was doing. After the cleaning he took digital pictures on the computer. Dr. Patel came in to examine me and go over everything I need done using the images.She explained it all so well and answered the many questions I was asking. The girls at the front desk were also friendly and great at going over my insurance as well as answering questions. I am glad I made the choice to go to DAG. I felt well taken of.

    RUN IF YOU NEED ANYTHING MORE THEN A SIMPLE CLEANING!!! I booked a complex dental procedure with this place because I trusted the sergeon. If not for him I would have gone someplace a little more organized. After completing surgical extractions and putting implants in at the same time I was given temporary dentures. I went back to get them fitted a little better so I could try to eat and my face has completely swelled up and has been extremely bothersome and painful for 10 days now. I was supposed to go back today to see the surgeon that did all my work. I had to take off work. They cancelled my appointment and didn't have the audacity to tell me my surgeon is no longer practicing with them. They set up a new appointment without checking with me during my work hours that I can't make. I have been sitting around with about 80 stitches dangling in my mouth and getting caught on any food I can break apart with my tongue since they left me without teeth for weeks. Last night I ripped a stitch completely through my gum and it was so painful. They took $25,000 from me really quick and as soon as they got their money the customer service went down the drain. I own my own business and my customers are number one. I'm transparent and do what I say I'm going to do. Here not so much. If they would have told me the sergeon may not be here in two weeks I would have gone somewhere else for sure. The completely bouched some of my appointments before surgery as well. The cancelled and appointment because the girl at the front desk told me it was needed to find out three days later is was an important appointment. I messaged with Kathy yesterday and she didn't even let m know my Dr was no longer with them. They left me in a lot of pain and discomfort going on 20 days. As I sit here right now I have no clue who is supposed to see me nor have I agreed to let another surgeon with them work on me . I have called and emailed that I need something to help with the swelling, which most practices will provide a prescription for a steroid when they do catastrophic damage to your mouth. The person that did my surgeon didn't have access to their system to send me the medicine. I had to spend more money to go someplace else to get the medicine that finally gave me a little relief. It's damn near unethical to leave someone in this state!!!!!! Take my advice because I never leave reviews. Don't let them work on you for anything major. I wish I could upload photos of what I'm dealing with. They don't ask you what's convenient for your schedule and now they are lying to me about what really happened. Another thing, I have a detailed list with the cost of my procedure, after I paid them in full I was sitting in the chair ready for surgery. They came back and told me I owe them another $6500 5 minutes before surgery was going to take place for implants that are on my invoice I paid for. I had an appointment prior to surgery where we went over everything in detail. They gave me a price for the surgery I had to pay in full and they messed that up. I could see a couple hundred dollar mistake but not a mistake that's 30 percent of the total cost!
