- GNGonzalo Navarrete4 days ago1.0Picked up an order today and the service was terrible. I asked the associate to print anything so I could get my parking validated. He refused and told me there was a “15–30 minute grace period,” which wasn’t true. When I got to the gate, it didn’t open and I had to pay out of pocket. Security confirmed exactly what I already knew: the store needed to print the receipt. On top of that, this location never answers the phone—ever. The lack of basic customer service and awareness is consistent. Do better.
