- KAKaren AlexanderJan 21, 20264.0Update: whatever was occurring internally the 1st couple of weeks seems to have been some sort of anomaly. As the technician, Rachel, has been nothing but helpful, professional & accommodating. Old- POOR running of a business, assuming it even is 1. No answers the phone, ever, for appointments & no1 gets back to you when you use their online platform to request an appointment. Possible a front for something else ? ? ?
- JAJa AlexJan 21, 20264.0UPDATE : Not sure what occurred at this place/location earlier in the year to cause the things in the below review, but since I was able to contact them & the lead Dr, things seem good/normal. They answer phones & have working staff, etc. In fact, because of the below, they generously offered me an incentive to come back & try their services, which I did. Services are very good & professional, if not a little restrictive concerning their safety requirements for use of the HBOT chamber. Their chamber can reach up to 2.4. D O N T T R Y T O C O M E HERE. Place doesnt exist & or is unmanned. Took several days to reach live person(WELL WITH AI, I think they were alive ?). Set appointment, via text BOT, & it was also later confirmed, by ??? some Dr., who suggested 10-20 treatments would be good for me. Arrived 2 days later to find that nobody mans their 299 Cherryhill rd parsippany address, which was provided to me. Seems they have(had?) an office here but the place must have gone out of business because... ? At the very least, it is because they have no Dr & or employees or simply because they are completely inept.
