I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! We used the online check-in process before arriving, which made the transition from the door to the exam room incredibly smooth. My daughter needed a strep test, and the staff was professional, polite, and thorough—they even tested for a few other things to be safe. We were in and out so quickly, which is exactly what you want when your child isn't feeling well. Very happy with the visit!

Cut my thumb and needed stitches, was in and out in thirty minutes or so. Staff was super helpful and friendly and sent me home with everything I needed. Ten out of ten kind of place.
I visited this urgent care for significant back bruising and tender scalp bumps. While my wife has had positive experiences with other physicians at this facility in the past, my encounter with Dr. Keith Strulowitz was disappointing. He spent less than three-four minutes in the room and provided no explanation regarding a diagnosis, simply prescribing a shampoo and leaving. I felt rushed and unheard. This review is specific to my experience with this doctor,.

Went at 8:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, got in very quickly. Doctor was rushed and not gentle during a womens exam, which is a pretty shitty experience for those who know. The clinic was almost empty so she was rushed for no reason. I told her to be gentle with people so hopefully she is better in the future. Three stars, would not go back.

During my visit on March 9, 2026, I was experiencing severe pain (9 out of 10) and had difficulty walking. When I arrived, I had to enter all my information on the check-in computer and then again on my phone.
I told the receptionist twice that I was having difficulty completing the process because of the pain, but they did not seem to care and simply told me to fill out the paperwork.
After about 10 minutes (it may have been more or less, but with that level of pain it felt much longer), they finally took my vital signs and collected samples for testing.
After some time, the doctor came in with the test results and said that even though the results were negative, he would prescribe some medication for the flu. The doctor asked if I agreed, but at that moment all I wanted was something to relieve the pain.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. First, because of the lack of compassion toward someone who was clearly in pain, and second because I was given medication for the flu even though the test results were negative.
