This review is long overdue. Our family has relied on their services for years, and every interaction has been a pleasure. Today was no exception. I called shortly before their 3 PM Saturday closing time to confirm a prescription was ready for pickup. Not only was it prepared, but the staff kindly waited for me to arrive—despite the time crunch. I made it there right at closing, and they handled everything with grace and efficiency. Their commitment to service is truly commendable.

Also, this is a compounding pharmacy which is sometimes difficult to find. Overall, they're fantastic. I've moved everything here from one of those big pharmacies.

They took the initiative to call Pfizer to obtain a coupon for my mother to avoid a $460 deductible for her Paxlovid prescription. Even with Medicare and supplemental insurance and RX benefits, we would have been required to pay such a high deductible if it were not for the help of Park Ridge Pharmacy. Now, my mother can obtain this critical medication for zero dollars. This is one instance among so many where Park Ridge Pharmacy goes above and beyond to help their clients. They have come to our home to provide vaccinations to my mother, and always send important reminders. Not to mention, their staff is knowledgeable and there are no wait times.
