  Today I was completely disappointed. I was unable to schedule an appointment as I needed to take my son back to college (4/6/26). However, I asked for at least one pair of trials (mostly contacts)as my son ran out. I was told it's against the law, that we needed to schedule an appointment b/c his prescription needed to be renewed. I explained that I realize it is our fault but I am asking for one trial (he wears monthly contacts) until he returns. So now he does not have any contacts. Thank you for your help. Pearl Vision may have lost my business and I should have followed my other family members that left years ago.

  Today I was in pearl vison and Brenda took extra time with me and went out of her way to help me and make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend going to pearl vision for your eye care. Brenda deserves 10 stars.

  This place is amazing. The staff here is nothing short of exceptional. Debra Rinaldi, Santino, amongst others are all just so amazing at this location. Anything you need - getting your glasses fixed, getting contacts for a great price they do it all. I am so pleased with these people - please treat them well they are irreplaceable here!! So amazing 5 stars+

  Disappointed with the business end..I have insurance. Just needed a check up..the bill after my insurance just for check up came to120.00 The assistant said I wrote that I needed my contacts checked? I was appalled. In the first place I should have been told that there where extra charges.. Pearl vision usually will tack on charges...that's how they operate..wont use them again
