The team was incredibly patient and helpful while I selected my new lenses, even though the store was very busy with year-end FSA shoppers.

I went to Warby Parker because my brother kept telling me how he had a lot of their glasses at reasonable prices. I need a lot of add ons - ultra thin lenses, progressive and transitional. It costs me a pretty penny every year. I had quite a few money left in my FSA and decided to give WP a try, I had an updated eye prescription and they took it and fitted me within a half hour. I had went online and listed out a batch of options, the eye specialist pulled all my options about 10 pairs and she pulled them all with the quickness. I will be back for new sunglasses under my 2026 FSA. Girls will glasses do get passes.

I have been doing my eye exam at Warby Parker for 4 years, so far my experience was great, but this year on my visit for my new prescription on Nov 11th something change, they just messed up, the prescription went wrong, they wrote my prescription for my right eye wrongly, and gave me some samples for contact lenses, in went back on the 21st, I expressed my concern about the prescription, considering how I was feeling with my lenses, they didn’t do a recheck just preferred different lenses to try, and never call me to pick them up. I bought my glasses using that prescription and now I am having issues with it, I can not use it because the prescription for my right eye was wrong, and I went back on Dec 3rd, and they had to change the prescription as it was it on my last visit on 2023. The store Manager tried do to her best and was so kind, but the company policies doesn’t allow her refund my eye exam money for me to take in a different place, and on top of that I lost the money that I paid for my glasses, (it has to be changed) now, I don’t trust on Their prescription and I will have to take the exam somewhere else.
