I will sadly be looking for a new place after the way my daughter and I were treated during our recent visit. I will be contacting higher ups to tell them exactly what my family endured during our visit.

- KBkatharine barthFeb 14, 20265.0My experience was very good though the time lag was not. Entering Pearl at 130 for a 2pm appt started ok with time to look at frames seemed fine. With few staff, 2 and a half hours later I was still waiting to complete my frame and lens order. The manager was extremely helpful and apologetic for the wait. It is understandable that the number of walk ins is unpredictable though it would be helpful to have someone extra for such instances.
