    Needed to get new glasses and Ms Aquazah, the store manager, helped me thru the process, she was very helpful looking up my insurance benefits and letting me know what I was eligible for. She was great and I deeply appreciated her for expending the time she did to help me. Thank you!

    I 100% recommend the Eye Health Group. This place is amazing, from reception to the doctor. Every person that works at this place is commited to help you and guide you. The manager, Aquazah is absolutely formidable, she help me with my insurance and made sure I took advantage of any benefits offered. Much appreciated, Thank you!

    The girl staff were so helpful and kind! They took the time to clearly explain my insurance, copays, and the costs for extra tests. Lindsay took my call and was the sweetest, and Jennifer called me back to go over everything in detail. When I didn’t understand something, she explained it so perfectly. I truly appreciate their patience and care — I can’t wait for my appointment

    Horrible customer service, the front desk kept interrupting and raising her voice while discussing with me on a confusing matters regarding miscommunication over the phone. I had to speak with someone else who was more respectful and allowing me to speak to her without interrupting my conversation And she calmly explained better what my situation about the miscommunication. I suggest that they train the front desk how to be more customer service oriented. Terrible she was loud enough for everyone in the office to hear her voice

    Such an amazing experience. I will say top notch all around. I would like to highlight the staff there. I went to get contacts and it was my first time so I was a bit nervous and scared. ( Dr. Sudol, was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient when it came to time. He made me feel relaxed at every moment and went into great detail about contacts.) They were all warm and welcoming. They all went above and beyond to help not only myself but all of the customers. ( Jen was amazing, great personality and was a true help with my contacts as well. It made my experience even more worth it knowing she had everything handled at the tips of her fingers.) (Aquazah, helped me order my contacts. Once again I knew nothing and she went into great detail explaining the different types of contacts. Warm and bubbly while talking and quick processing everything.) I also want to highlight the other staff that helped as well ( Leilani and Lindsay) they were very professional, helpful and as a whole created such a warm environment for customers. I live a more than an hour away and I refuse to go to any other Pearle Vision for the reasons I stated above. Highly recommend.
