I will never again use this location.

- NRNikki RossDec 16, 20253.0I came to this location to get a prescription for contact lenses, since it's one of the only locations in the area covered by my vision insurance, Avesis. The optometrist I worked with was really nice and worked through getting my prescription and helping me try on contact quickly and kindly. However, the several employees that I worked with at the front desk/front of store area were pretty unpleasant and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed that I was there asking for assistance, took a very long time to figure out how to process my insurance and did so in a chaotic, unprofessional way. One of the employees had a customer on speakerphone providing her information to schedule an upcoming appointment also, which did not at all seem like the proper handling of private patient information. Everyone who is in the store could hear the information this patient was providing. If you can go somewhere else, I would recommend doing so.
