I scheduled an appointment with Visionworks in Paramus, but upon arrival, they informed me that my insurance coverage for an eye exam was uncertain and that I would need to await a fax from my insurance provider to confirm coverage. Despite being contacted by Visionworks to schedule the exam and receive confirmation of coverage, I had already spent an hour and a half waiting. They informed me that we are a retail establishment and that Pearl Vision may be able to accommodate my needs. Upon entering Pearl Vision, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. As I explained that Visionworks had referred me to them, I inquired about their insurance acceptance. Dr. Linda confirmed that they do accept my insurance and was transparent and straightforward about the process. She was able to conduct the eye exam and order my contact lenses in under 30 minutes. (With no appointment) Thank you Visionworks for referring me to Pearl Vision and for introducing me to this exceptional optometrist. I am confident that I will continue to be a loyal customer at Pearl Vision. Enjoy the Pizza.
