On multiple occasions I'm told my prescription is ready I get there and I'm giving an excuse why it's not there or ready. Waiting on hold 15 mins just to tell me if it's really there. Wait wrong information again. Without fail if you ask a questions you'll get two different answers from each employee. Drive the extra mile to CVS.
