  I am beyond upset. My friend and I went to go to a Pilates class at Club Pilates in Oakland. I had to buy socks before the class. I knew I was going to be late, so I called ahead to make sure my friend and I can still attend the class. The class started at 7 and we arrived at 7:01 or 7 on the dot plus the time for the socks after that. As soon as my friend and I went down onto the machine, Keri, the instructor, told us to get out. After she said that I laughed because she said it in front of the full class and I thought it was a joke. She told us we have to get out. I got up and I told her that we called the front desk lady to make sure everything was fine and then she told us that we have to talk to the front desk lady and then now she’s making it her problem. I was so embarrassed and absolutely humiliated in front of all these people. Keri was so unprofessional and so beyond disrespectful. She did not approach us in any way. She simply announced to the class and said you guys gotta get out. I go to many different Pilates places and workout frequently and I have never experienced something like this. My friend and I are young girls and for a older woman to yell at us and kick us out of the class and embarrasses us in public is just so unprofessional and I am so upset. This experience was so disappointing and upsetting. The front desk lady was so sweet and understand and gave us a refund. I am extremely upset and I am never coming back here.

  I have never left a view but this experience was so terrible that I’m leaving one. Keri Is the most unprofessional person I have ever taken a class with and I take classes very frequently. My friend and I were one minute late and we called ahead to make sure that would be OK and they said it was so when we walked into class why were we screamed at to get out and embarrassed publicly. So unprofessional we are two young girls and she humiliated us in front of the entire class for being two minutes late even though we were told it was OK . She could have been nice about it but instead she chose To embarrass us and make us feel bad zero out of 10 experience. But the front desk lady was very nice- Keri blamed her and was mean

  Love David's class! Always feel challenged and every class he teaches is different so you never get bored with the workout.
