- YPYessica Perez3 days ago2.0I had a mixed experience at this office. They were great with my two-year-old son very attentive and provided helpful feedback about his teeth, which I appreciated. However, my experience with my seven-year-old daughter was very disappointing. She has a facial condition that she also had during a visit about six months ago, and at that time, the provider handled it professionally without making it an issue. This time was completely different. The hygienist made it seem as though her condition was HIV or something which was upsetting and unnecessary especially considering her younger brother is in close contact with her daily and has not had any issues. In addition, the visit felt rushed, and the hygienist did not provide any feedback about my daughter’s dental health. More importantly, the way the situation was handled made my daughter feel self-conscious about her appearance, which is something no child should have to experience during a medical visit. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works on being more compassionate and consistent in how they treat all patients. We will no longer be returning which is upsetting because they corrected my sons tongue and lip tie as an infant
