  Every session feels thoughtfully designed, challenging in the best way, and tailored to what my body actually needs. CJ’s cues are incredibly clear, her knowledge of alignment and anatomy is impressive, and she always knows how to adjust an exercise so it feels both safe and effective. What I appreciate most is the balance she strikes between encouragement and precision. I leave every class feeling stronger, more grounded, and genuinely cared for.

  Worth the Drive! Jamie is a Pilates Powerhouse. Jamie is the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever worked with. I started training with her at the Marlboro, NJ studio (which is fantastic), but I’m so dedicated to her classes that I now travel to the North Brunswick studio just to keep working with her.   This was my very first class, I’ve always wanted to try Pilates. My class was with CJ, she’s a great instructor, and she speaks clearly so you can understand and she helps you to get your position, form and moves right. It’s a great experience and I enjoyed it. Can’t wait for my next class!

  Club Pilates has a welcoming atmosphere and a consistently clean environment. Jamie is a sweet and amazing instructor who truly motivates everyone in class. Her workouts are thoughtfully planned, keeping us engaged while helping us stay healthy and strong. I can definitely feel my core strength improving. Jamie is always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely one of the best instructors.
