  The women that work there are absolutely amazing!! They are kind and very good at making the whole process quick, easy & painless!! It's the only place I'll go for bloodwork!!

  I’m sitting here currently, for a drug screening for new employment. I was not advised of having to meet a quota of how much urine would actually be needed. I was treated like a convict, being examined without a strip search! Was prompted with how to take my exam no problem. I can’t wash my hands, after I urinate gross. I did not give enough urine! Here I sit waiting for my “bladder to fill” w two small bottles they supplied me with ! Maybe advise me do this prior to urinating. Also knocked on the door and told me I was in there to long! Completely in humane and Inpprooriate two small bottles! Will not fill my bladder, with also not being allowed to have the building to grab another beverage Update on this, she then berated me and handed me a number for the manager and said, here’s another number to call and go complain to someone else. I asked if I could ask a question. She told me to wait, then when she said go ahead. I said nvm, she said well must not be that important. I want it to be known the other rep there was very kind. I also spoke to both supervisors Carolyn and Sean! They were very helpful and kind….. Sean went above and beyond, Carolyn also was super understanding and kind.

  I like to use Quest, it’s better than getting into the lab at the hospital because it’s faster than the paperwork hurdle checking into the hospital. I’ve actually fought with the hospital, over their acceptance of my insurance, even though they were in network. Never have those issues with Quest. Otherwise at Quest I’m always greeted promptly, they always explain exactly what they are doing. They act like they really care about the patient. I always recommend them.

  Easy to schedule easy to check in facility clean lab tech lovely excellent stick no pain great experience and this is coming from a nurse. for those people that are complaining about this facility they need to make an appointment and it will be smooth sailing. I have never had an issue here and I’ve had the same lab tech and she’s fabulous
