Club Pilates in New Providence is an absolute standout for anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine in a welcoming environment. The studio is known for its incredible atmosphere, it's the kind of place that feels like a "home away from home," where the staff actually remembers your name and supports your individual progress. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, the reformer-based classes provide a low-impact, full-body challenge that focuses on core strength, mobility, and stability. It’s not just a workout; it’s a community where the instructors are deeply attentive to form and technique, ensuring you get the most out of every session without the risk of injury. To truly maximize your experience, I highly recommend working with Joanna or Noelia. They are experts at tailoring the Pilates method to fit your specific goals whether you’re looking to build lean muscle, improve your posture, or simply find a sustainable way to stay active. They can help you navigate the various class levels and equipment

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband and I registered in December 2025, and enjoyed our classes with some great instructors. Although their app had some problems, and we could not book classes, only by phone, they tried to fix it. We found out that they created 2 profiles for my husband in their system. They placed the wrong phone numbers and emails. It was a mess which took about 1 hour to fix, after my 4th session. Another negative is that the room was always cold. We found out that they had issues with turning the heating on, which is manual by the way. So I guess someone was forgetting to turn the heating on in the morning and we had to do our workout in a very cold/freezing room! When my husband and I decided to cancel our membership, although at first we were told that we could do it any time, the narrative changed and we were told that we could freeze it and pay an amount or fulfill the 3 months by paying as normal. So based on our payments, we would do our session and the last payment should be completed on 18 February 2026. We insisted on cancelling because we knew we were traveling. We had to give a 30-day notice, which we did on 18th January 2026. We did follow the process and at the beginning of February we received a written confirmation that the cancellation was done and that my credit card would not be charged after the 18th February again, completing our sessions. To my horror, this morning, March 18th, 2026, I found out that my card had been charged without my consent or previous notification. I emailed the Pilates Club in New Providence, attaching proof of their confirmation of cancellation and no further charges. They called me to apologize and to explain how they would proceed in a refund, only to call me a few hours later, telling me that their manager checked and that my husband told them to charge my card, and he told them to do so, 3 times! Mind you my husband has ADHD, and I deal with payments and bills in our house, and he said to me such a thing never happened. He said, they mentioned to me on my way out of my session that we will charge your card for April. He did not take notice, or understood, or agreed to anything, since he knew we cancelled our membership and paid. I explained this to the lady who called me, and asked how can you charge someone's card without his written permission? Should I get my lawyer on the phone? The response was, but your husband told us! He never did! And the card is mine! Shouldn't I be the one you should be informing first, as the cardholder? Her answer, in a bad tone was, ok you will get your refunds today. I am shocked, sad and very disappointed! We were so excited to join the club, but the whole experience was so so bad from management and customer service perspective. I would not recommend it, even to my worst enemy! Be careful to have everything in writing as it seems there is a policy of scheming people, by charging them without their knowledge or written consent, to keep them going. No wonder, the classes are half empty!

Absolutely love Club Pilates in New Providence. Their staff is so welcoming and all of the instructors are fantastic. Most of the classes I have taken have been with Misha and Jenn, and they are both amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about you and want you to succeed. My only complaint is that I wish there were more classes at night on Friday as I work during the day. Would recommend 100% to anyone looking to get into pilates!!
