Dr Welsh is always so kind and very thorough. I feel that I get the best care from the staff, the testing technology used and the knowledge of the doctor! Been very happy the 15 years that I have been a patient.

New patient here. Staff very welcoming and professional. Answered my questions about my insurance coverage. Dr. Welsh took her time with me. Never made me feel rushed. Explained what every process, test and scan meant. Answered all my questions. I was very impressed with her. Most thorough eye exam I think I have ever had.
Optician was so helpful. Made some great suggestions to try to address current problems I was having with my glasses. Actually, fixed my vision problem with an adjustment to my frames. Speaking of frames, they have such a wide selection to choose from. Something for everyone.
I highly recommend this practice.

I was really looking forward to visiting after reading all the positive reviews, unfortunately my experience wasn’t as great. I personally felt some of the staff were a bit condescending and overall unfriendly. There was some confusion when I asked for my contact lens prescription after my fitting, they repeatedly told me I already had my prescriptions, but I only had the glasses prescription. It turns out they wanted me to try the contacts first before finalizing the prescription, which I understand, but I would’ve appreciated if that had been explained upfront rather than being told I already had it and being spoken down to. That is just one of the little things that added up to an overall bad experience and while the location is beautiful, I found the interactions abrasive and the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.
