Explained what every process, test and scan meant. Answered all my questions. I was very impressed with her. Most thorough eye exam I think I have ever had. Optician was so helpful. Made some great suggestions to try to address current problems I was having with my glasses. Actually, fixed my vision problem with an adjustment to my frames. Speaking of frames, they have such a wide selection to choose from. Something for everyone. I highly recommend this practice.

- MMMMar 15, 20261.0I was really looking forward to visiting after reading all the positive reviews, unfortunately my experience wasn’t as great. I personally felt some of the staff were a bit condescending and overall unfriendly. There was some confusion when I asked for my contact lens prescription after my fitting, they repeatedly told me I already had my prescriptions, but I only had the glasses prescription. It turns out they wanted me to try the contacts first before finalizing the prescription, which I understand, but I would’ve appreciated if that had been explained upfront rather than being told I already had it and being spoken down to. That is just one of the little things that added up to an overall bad experience and while the location is beautiful, I found the interactions abrasive and the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.
