  Priscilla is the absolute best! She fully listens to all of my concerns and keeps up with any aches in my body. She knows my body better than I know it myself at this point! And Denise also makes the sign up process so smooth and simple and is overall welcoming. I can’t stop recommending StretchLab in Mt Laurel!

Their team creates a welcoming, supportive environment where personalized assisted stretching helps improve mobility, reduce tension, and support overall movement and well-being. What really stands out is their genuine care and attention — they take the time to understand individual needs and tailor each session so people get safer, more effective results. Whether someone is dealing with stiffness, training hard, or recovering from activity, their expertise makes a real difference. I truly appreciate the impact they’ve had on our families and the way they contribute to health and movement in our community. StretchLab is a valuable part of Larchmont Centre!   I absolutely love Alaija — she does a fantastic job. I typically have great experiences with the staff, who are always cheerful and welcoming. I did want to share some feedback regarding the front desk interaction with Julia. There have been several occasions where I haven’t been greeted, even when she greets others who arrive after me. For example, on Friday, November 14th, I was sitting in the waiting area when a gentleman came in after me, and Julia took him straight back without acknowledging me. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed.

  Just celebrated my one year anniversary here! I am so much more mobile and can do so much more than when I started. The flexologists talk to you to ensure that there is no pain. They work with you patiently to get what you need. Highly recommend!!!

  I've been going about 2 months. Very inspired to also stretch at home because it's made a tremendous difference. I like that while I usually stick with the same person you can choose someone else for a different stretching experience. Each therapist seems to have their own style based on their background. I love Henry, who has a fitness trainer background and Kyla who might be more dance, yoga, or masseuse. Not sure which but together they've helped my flexibility and ease of movement tremendously. I highly recommend the service.
