  I ordered contacts, the office gave me samples they worked fine until I got the boxes. the contacts were flimsy, they kept falling out and and tearing. I went back to the office and they said they would order new ones with a different vendor. I called several times and they I kept getting the run around. Most recently I called on 4/2 and was told someone would call me back - I called again today 4/11 and nothing. I was advised that the reason the vendor would not take the contact back is because the box was opened. The only way to know if a product is defective is to either open it or use it. I will be escalating this to my FSA, BBB and my insurance company, if this issue is not resolved.

  I Highly Recommend Holistic Eyecare!!! Dr.Desai and Gia both were excellent at taking care of me and my sons appointment, our visit was quick, well explained and I'm very Satisfied with their Service!! I will definitely go for another visit!! Thank you keep up the good work!!

  I had a great experience. Every associate that I interacted with was very nice, laughed at my jokes and wanted to join me for lego building 😁 (IYKYK). I decided to get a more comprehensive exam. After all, when you feel like your vision is being affected, you get concerned. The doctor and her assistant were both awesome and very patient. They both explained things very well. The doctor: everything that was going on with my eyes and a plan to help with correcting 🤞🏾, an issue of concern. The assistant checking and verifying insurance, conducting the eye triage, and maneuvering through all of the clients that were showing up at their various appointment me times. The associates in the eye glass center, were helpful and knowledgeable about the different frames, verifying insurance and what it would cover on the frames and lenses. They made sure no customer was left unassisted. Overall, a great experience!

  Honestly they have been a delight to work with. We came for the first time for my son to get an exam and to try contacts. He is 14 and they are extremely gentle and patient. They have made every step effortless. They are very informative as well. I was really very impressed. I am switching to them myself.

  Dr. Desai is truly exceptional. She took so much time carefully evaluating my eyes and made sure we found the best contact lenses for me. I never felt rushed and she explained everything clearly throughout the entire visit. She is easily the most thorough eye doctor I have ever had, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and getting things right. Her assistant Gia is also awesome. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish. Overall this was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend Dr. Desai and her team if you are looking for thoughtful, thorough, and excellent eye care.
