- BHBri HosendorfNov 22, 20251.0DO NOT COME HERE.. I was not happy with my contact exam. I initially came here for a glasses exam and felt pressured to get a contact exam. I went and had my exam. The doctor told me how much I would be paying, which clearly wasn’t the amount on my receipt. then I felt pressured to have to order contacts. I ordered the contacts I paid cash and then the very next day I called and explained I was unhappy with these contacts and I just wanted my money back for the contacts. I spoke with the doctor a day later and she advised me that I could get my money back and told me how much I would be getting for a refund when I went in person to get a refund because I did pay cash for my appointment the representative at the front in the doctor chose to go in the back. I don’t know what they were discussing and all of a sudden they came back and told me they could only refund me $7.50 which is an insult he told me that he accidentally forgot to charge me for my eye exam which I have the detailed bill and it shows my eye in contact exam on there so they just did not want to give me my refund. I am highly upset. Do not come to this location the reviews on this Google are fake. The BBB are getting involved and I already filed my complaint. It is very unfair that you did not charge me for the service and then when I asked for a refund, tell me you have to charge me for a service that is not my fault that I was not charged for the service. I just want my money back that I paid out-of-pocket. I understand that I have to pay for my exam, I don’t want the money back for my exam. I want the money back that I’m owed that the doctor told me that she’s going to give me.
