When I was ready for help, someone was available for me. Then I decided I wanted to buy glasses, but I needed an Eye exam. They offered that service, But I needed to make an appointment. There was a sale ending on the sixth, Even though the doctor couldn’t see me until after the sixth, I was able to buy glasses today to get the discount, even though they can’t make them until after I meet with the doctor. The sales person help me select styles that work for me. Was quick, easy and fun. I’m totally satisfied!

I was assisted with Olivera who not only knew each product, but she knew what shape & size frame options complimented my face. It was so easy. Purchased 2 sunglasses & a frame for prescription glasses that I will take to my in- network provider for the exam & lenses. Eyemed - out of network. I will be back for more. It was a great experience. The only negative about Warby Parker is that you cannot contact the store directly. However I did call the customer service line & left a message for the store to reach out to me, which they did.
