I wish I could remember the name of my phlebotomist, but it was something like Rami or Ramni. She was EXCELLENT. I had 0 pain, 0 bruising. She was so quick and effortless especially with 6 vials. I was shocked at how effortlessly she drew that much blood. She was absolutely wonderful. I thought the place was pretty clean, 0 wait time when I checked in on the machine. There were a few phlebotomists working and people were being seen quickly. Ample parking spaces and easy to find. "Rami" was so sweet and knowledgeable. I hope to have her again if I have to come back.

Booking an online appointment with Quest is very convenient. When I arrive at the facility, there is hardly any wait. The Quest reps at the Montclair facility (on Claremont Ave) are warm and attentive. I've been going there for several years now, and will continue to do so.

This is the first time I use this labcorp without an appointment for my mom. I understand that patients that have an appointment are taken in first, however, once the waiting room is cleared, why is my mom still waiting to be called in??? There are 3 techs in this office and there are no patients here at the moment. When I asked I was told they have to wait for patients with appointments first!!! So you are telling me that although there is no one else here, you cannot take her in bc you have to wait for appointment patients??? That doesn't make any sense. So there are 3 techs inside just sitting and waiting for other patients to show up rather than taking her in....what a horrible and inconsiderate policy and system.

Extremely clean and professional facility. Scheduled a same day appointment and completed what I had to get done with such ease. Would recommend to anyone with Quest needs.
I've had good experiences here every time I've gone. Usually very quick, even when they're busy, and everyone is skilled and friendly. Many phlebotomists who've taken blood from me elsewhere have complained about my "small and hard to see" veins and used the butterfly on me, which takes longer. But the phlebotomists I've had here never seem to have issues and get it done quickly and painlessly. I do think something is lost not having a reception desk, but it seems to run fine. There's just kind of a weird, impersonal element when you arrive and are waiting, and no one is available to answer any of your questions until you're called.
