- TVTifferz V4 days ago1.0Waited 2 weeks for a cleaning & they call 2 hrs before appointment to cancel because the dentist couldn’t make it in due to weather . However they are in the office and roads are clear . When they offered to reschedule it was another week later . I said I will have to find another place - she says “ok have a good one & hangs up” so now they lose me as a patient - my twins & my friend & her son who I just referred. That’s what ignorance costs you.

Had a couple teeth pulled and before anesthesia was administered I was told how much out of pocket cost. No surprises. Everything went smooth and with no pain.
