  Club Pilates is the best! Nicoles classes always are tough and challenging and give an amazing workout. She is so helpful and makes every class fun!

  One of the best Club Pilates locations I have been to!! I began taking classes prior to my wedding, and now am taking them throughout my pregnancy and I love the range of classes that they offer. Nicole is by far my favorite instructor here and I look forward to her Saturday classes! She has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout this pregnancy journey, and her classes are always a great workout no matter what level class you are in.

  I just finished my second year taking classes at Club Pilates in Middletown. Dana’s Center and Balance class has been my go-to class. As someone 50+, who sits at a desk all day and carry’s extra weight, the class has been amazing! My hip flexors and shoulders know when I miss a week! I have taken classes with a few instructors and have a few I lean toward, but top of my list is Dana DeFrancesco. I appreciate Dana’s experience/knowledge and her teaching style which blends instructing with education on form as well as modifications. I am sad that the Center & Balance class was moved to a midday slot which doesn’t allow me to attend. I will however be attending Dana’s CP Reformer Flow 1.0 class now in its place.

  Love this place! Had both knees replaced and have been going here over a year now! All the instructors are great ! Never an issue if accommodations needed My balance and strength have improved so much! The studio is kept very clean and has a great atmosphere! Everyone should do Pilates!!!

  I recently joined Club Pilates in June and already feel results in this short amount of time. The workouts are efficient, effective, varied, and fun! The reformer and other equipment used are easy on muscles and joints. The instructors are fantastic and give personal attention to everyone in the class. The facility is clean, tranquil, and quiet which makes for a spa like experience!
