  If I could give this establishment no stars I would! DO NOT support this establishment. Its manager, Christina is rude, unprofessional and immature when it comes to dealing with customer issues. The owner, Erin, per the manager doesn’t want to deal with said issues because she’s busy with her family so she has her do so and unfortunately it’s poorly done.

  I have been a customer of StretchLab for almost three months and I am compelled to share my concerns. Despite the potential benefits of their services, my experience has been marred by a recurring issue. With the exception of Elena, who was amazing, the stretchologists frequently disregard my concerns and preferences. This has not only led to unsatisfactory sessions but also resulted in an increase in muscle injuries due to overly intense or unsuitable stretches. Despite raising these issues with management (Miguel) there has been no significant improvement. The lack of responsiveness to customer feedback is alarming especially when it compromises clients well being. I urge Stretch Lab to take these concerns seriously and implement necessary improvements to ensure a safe and effective experience for all clients.

  Jeff is a Pain Killer, I always leave there feeling great 👍🏾 I highly recommend adding stretch therapy to your work out routine.
