  It was great working with the team here to plan a really fun team building experience for 11 people. It was a very reasonable flat rate to have the place exclusively to ourselves for about 2 hours. They arranged for several back to back sessions, where each person still got a fully individualized and customized experience. We also had a small hang out area for the group. And between the welcome sign and the complimentary cookies (!), it was easy for us to feel comfortable and relaxed. Its interesting to hear the accounts of all us first timers. Lazy person yoga or productive massage. The flexologists came from different backgrounds, and each of us had our own unique history of past injuries or present tension points. It was unanimously agreed that we all felt very good afterwards... and also learned a little bit more about ourselves in the process. Thank you StretchLab Metuchen for hosting us!

  If I could give this establishment no stars I would! DO NOT support this establishment. Its manager, Christina is rude, unprofessional and immature when it comes to dealing with customer issues. The owner, Erin, per the manager doesn’t want to deal with said issues because she’s busy with her family so she has her do so and unfortunately it’s poorly done.

  Jeff is a Pain Killer, I always leave there feeling great 👍🏾 I highly recommend adding stretch therapy to your work out routine.
